The day job

By day, I work on enterprise software for car dealerships — the kind of platform that has to actually work, every day, without breaking. Hundreds of dealerships depend on it to run their service departments. That experience shapes how I build everything else: real software for real people who can't afford for it to be down.

The Tabb side

Tabb is the freelance side of what I do — building websites for Chattanooga small businesses. The pitch is simple: no agency overhead, no offshore handoffs, no upsells. You're talking to the person who will actually build your site. Decisions happen fast. Pricing is fair because there's no sales team to fund.

I built Tabb because I kept seeing local businesses get burned by either (a) cookie-cutter template sites that look like everyone else's, or (b) agencies that charge $10,000+ for a site that takes six months and barely works on mobile. There's a real gap in the middle for honest, well-built work at a price small businesses can actually afford.

Local matters

Same city, same area code. If you want to meet for coffee, we can. If something breaks at 9pm, you're not waiting for someone in another time zone. And honestly, I want Chattanooga's small businesses to do well — that's where I live, where I shop, where I eat. Building good websites here is a small way to contribute to that.
